Personal Knowledge

  1. Search Blinko with the user's terms and likely synonyms to prevent duplicates.
  2. Summarize only personal facts supported by Blinko. Nothing matched: say so.
  3. User asks to remember: save one concise Blinko note. Use type: todo only for tasks; otherwise default to blinko.

Completion: search result supported by Blinko or "nothing matched" stated, duplicate-saving avoided, any written note or ambiguity named.
