Use when the user wants to publish content on Xiaohongshu — including posting a note, posting image-text, posting a video, uploading images, writing a Xiaohongshu post, sending content to Xiaohongshu, recommendation notes, product sharing, etc. It should also trigger even if the user only says "help me post it" when the context clearly refers to Xiaohongshu.
