About principle-encode-lessons-in-structure
A coding-agent skill for turning lessons into structural changes where possible, and clearer instructions with failure examples when judgment is unavoidable. It helps developers distinguish between a design fix and an instruction fix.
Key features
- 01Prefer structural fixes when possible
- 02Clarify instructions when judgment is needed
- 03Add examples of failure modes
Use cases
- 01Correct recurring issues through structural changes
- 02Strengthen guidance for judgment-dependent tasks

Details
From the project READMEEncode Lessons in Structure
If the lesson needs judgment and cannot be encoded, make the instruction more prominent and add an example of the failure mode.
Corollary: If the fix is structural, only use the structural fix. The instruction is the symptom.
