About project-fix
project-fix is a Claude Code skill that applies corrections identified by `/project-audit`, using `audit-report.md` as its specification. It can detect whether Engram persistence is available; moving skills to the global directory is informational and is not automated.
Key features
- 01Reads `audit-report.md` as a specification
- 02Implements required audit corrections
- 03Detects Engram availability
- 04Does not automate global skill writes
Use cases
- 01Apply actions listed in an audit report
- 02Check persistence availability before proceeding

Claude execution wiring
These notes bind the tool-neutral logic above to the Claude Code harness. They are the EXECUTION layer that does not port to other tools.
- Mode detection (Step 2) — the persistence probe is
mem_context. Reachable →engrammode; unreachable →nonemode. - Two-tier placement (Compatibility policy) — the global skills directory is
~/.claude/skills/.move-to-globalis informational only: NEVER perform automated writes to~/.claude/skills/.
