Reflect

The maintained workflow and reviewer templates now live in agi-mode. Read and execute Reflection.

Use only the current conversation and authorized materials. Preserve whether the user requested findings or also authorized skill edits; a reflection request alone does not authorize external tickets or global changes.

Resolve the sibling path or the registered installation of agi-mode. This compatibility entry requires that skill; if unavailable, report the missing dependency and do not claim the review workflow ran.
