Run the /relentless-quality-assurance skill first to identify issues, and then proceed to fix the bugs that are found. Yes, I know the relentless-quality-assurance skill specifically says NOT to fix bugs, but you aren't that skill, you are the relentless-quality-assurance-and-fixes skill.

Keep going until all bugs or critical issues are fixed. Stop the user for input when you find a decision you're not sure about.
