About sdd-status
sdd-status is a skill for checking active SDD changes and orchestrator configuration. It can use the `docs/sdd/` files or, when that directory is absent, search Engram for SDD-related observations.
Key features
- 01Lists active SDD changes
- 02Shows orchestrator configuration status
- 03Falls back to Engram when `docs/sdd/` is absent
- 04Filters archived report observations
Use cases
- 01Checking which SDD changes are in progress
- 02Inspecting orchestrator status
- 03Finding SDD records without `docs/sdd/`
MCP support
When Engram MCP is reachable, the skill uses it for mode detection and can query SDD-related observations through `mem_search` if `docs/sdd/` is absent.
Install
Copy the command and run it in a terminal.
npx skills add https:/ / github.com/ fearovex-labs/ agent-config --skill sdd-statusAfter installing, type/sdd-statusin Claude Code to confirm it loaded.

Claude execution wiring
These notes bind the tool-neutral logic above to the Claude Code harness. They are the EXECUTION layer that does not port to other tools.
- Step 0 mode detection — follow
skills/_shared/persistence-contract.mdMode Detection for Standalone Skills: check Engram MCP reachability → if reachableengram, elsenone. - Step 1 legacy fallback — when
docs/sdd/is absent, query engram withmem_search(query: "sdd/", project: "{project}")to list all SDD-related observations, then filter out those with anarchive-reporttopic_key.
