About smart-commit
smart-commit is a commit-triggered skill for Claude Code users. Its documented execution layer mints a review receipt after `/code-review`; receipt failures are reported but do not block the commit.
Key features
- 01Activates on commit requests or `/commit`
- 02Mints a review receipt after `/code-review`
- 03Uses staged paths when no files are specified
- 04Reports receipt failure without blocking commit
Use cases
- 01Recording a review result before committing
- 02Attaching a receipt to currently staged paths
- 03Proceeding with a commit if receipt minting fails
