TC startup problem reframing and definition. Use it when the user types "/tc-diagnosis", or needs to find the single business bottleneck in situations such as a messy narrative, entrepreneurial anxiety, multiple directions, partnership disputes, traffic that does not convert to revenue, or a product that will not sell. It first separates facts, interpretations, emotions and hypotheses, then forms a real problem with a subject, a goal, constraints and validation criteria; once the end conditions are met it must stop asking questions and return to /tc or tc-action, and it does not treat the diagnosis itself as a result.
