ClipUGC CLI

ClipUGC は、どの動画でも同じ顔の AI インフルエンサーを使い、アプリの画面録画を完成した 9:16 動画に組み込んで、モバイルアプリ向けの UGC 動画を作成します。 このリポジトリは、公式 CLI、ローカル MCP サーバー、Claude Code プラグインを提供します。AI インフルエンサーを作成し、同じ人物のフォトリアルなルックを生成し、無音のリアクションクリップにして、アプリの録画を投稿可能な UGC 動画に仕上げます。ローカルでのレンダリングは行いません。

利用方法は 3 通りです。

ホスト型サーバーを使うのが、無料で始める最も手軽な方法でもあります。App Store または Google Play のリンクを渡すと、first_videos ツールが 3 本の完成動画を無料で作成します。

Node.js >= 20 が必要です。 ClipUGC ダッシュボード の API keys セクションで API キーを作成してください。 API キーは有料プラン（Professional および Business）で利用できます。ホスト型 MCP サーバーにキーは不要です。

Claude Code で使う

最も手早く始める方法です。このリポジトリには 3 つの Claude Code スキルが含まれているため、フラグを覚えなくても、やりたいことを説明するだけで使えます。clipugc は CLI を会話形式で操作し、ugc-director はアプリのアイデアを完全な UGC 動画プランにまとめ、persona-account は AI クリエイターのアカウントを継続的に運用します。

（リポジトリをクローンした場合は、Claude Code が .claude/skills/ を直接読み込むため、スキル名にプレフィックスは付きません。/ugc-director、/persona-account、/clipugc となります。）

フラグを使いたい場合は、以下のすべてを単独で実行できます。スキルは同じ CLI を操作するだけです。

ホスト型 MCP サーバー：Claude.ai、ChatGPT、Claude Code、Cursor、VS Code、Gemini CLI

これらのサービスでは、ホスト型 ClipUGC サーバー https://clipugc.com/mcp（39 個のツール、OAuth 2.1 サインイン、無料プランを含むすべてのプランで利用可能）を使用します。マシン上で実行するものはなく、コピーする API キーもありません。最初の呼び出しでブラウザーが開くので、ClipUGC アカウントでサインインしてください。

Claude Code

Claude.ai：Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector の順に選択します。名前を ClipUGC にし、https://clipugc.com/mcp を貼り付けて、Claude の要求に従ってサインインします。

ChatGPT：Settings > Apps（旧バージョンでは Connectors）> Advanced > Developer mode をオン > Create の順に選択します。名前を ClipUGC にし、同じ URL を指定して、認証方式に OAuth を選びます。Developer mode は Plus と Pro で利用できますが、EEA、スイス、英国ではまだ提供されていません。 手順ガイド。

Gemini CLI

これにより、ホスト型サーバー、簡単なガイド（GEMINI.md）、スキルが追加されます。

Cursor

Cursor Marketplace に ClipUGC プラグインが掲載されたら、そこからインストールしてサーバーとスキルを利用してください。それまでは、Settings > MCP または .cursor/mcp.json でサーバーを手動で追加します。

ローカル MCP サーバー（API キー）：Claude Code、Cursor、Claude Desktop

MCP Registry と Smithery に掲載されています。

CLI は 12 個のツールを備えたローカル MCP サーバーとしても動作します。ホスト型のサーバーにサインインする代わりに、API キーを使って自分のマシン上で実行したい場合に利用できます。clipugc mcp は stdio 経由で Model Context Protocol を使用するため、任意の MCP クライアントからツールとしてキャラクター、ルック、クリップ、完成した動画を作成できます。上記のコマンドをシェルから実行する必要はありません。

サーバーがキーを使えるように、一度ログインしてください（CLI と同じ ~/.config/clipugc/config.json を読み込みます）。

Claude Code

@latest が重要です。これを付けないと、npx はマシンにすでにインストールされている clipugc を再利用します。1.2.0 より古いバージョンをグローバルにインストールしていると mcp コマンドがないため、Claude Code は「Connection closed」と報告します。それでも表示される場合は、npm i -g clipugc@latest で古いインストールを更新するか、ターミナルで npx -y clipugc@latest mcp を一度実行し、ダウンロードが完了するまで待ってください（「12 tools ready」の表示後に Ctrl+C を押します）。このリポジトリをチェックアウトしたディレクトリ内から追加しないでください。その場合、npx は npm パッケージではなくローカルプロジェクトを解決します。

Cursor（Settings > MCP、またはプロジェクト内の .cursor/mcp.json）

そのマシンで clipugc auth login を実行したくない場合は、ダッシュボードから取得したキーを CLIPUGC_API_KEY に設定した env ブロックを追加してください。

Claude Desktop

Claude Desktop ではサーバーを拡張機能としてインストールするため、編集する設定ファイルはなく、アプリ自体以外に Node をインストールする必要もありません。

1. 最新の GitHub リリースから clipugc.mcpb をダウンロードします。
2. ファイルをダブルクリックするか、Claude Desktop を開いて Settings > Extensions に移動し、Install Extension を選択します（一部のバージョンでは Advanced settings にあります）。
3. 求められたら ClipUGC API キーを貼り付けます。API キーは、ダッシュボード の API Keys から作成できます。

この拡張機能は、上記と同じ clipugc mcp サーバーを実行します。バンドルを自分でビルドするには、npm run build:mcpb を実行します（「Local development」を参照）。

プロンプト：make_ugc_video、new_ai_influencer、hook_ideas（よくあるタスクですぐに使える開始用プロンプト）。リソース：clipugc://pipeline（呼び出しの順序）と clipugc://pricing（文書化されたクレジット料金。最新の料金表は get_credits で確認できます）。

ツール：list_characters、create_character、generate_image、list_images、 create_clip、create_motion_clip、create_scene_replace_clip、merge_ad、get_video、 download_video、get_credits、list_hooks。引数は CLI フラグに準拠します（--per-page は per_page になります）。生成ツールは、CLI で --wait を指定しない場合と同様に、ジョブ ID をすぐに返します。クリップと完成した動画は get_video、ルックは list_images を使って、ステータスが completed になるまで確認してください。各ツールの説明にはクレジット料金が記載されており、get_credits は最新の料金を返します。

生成されるもの

キャラクターを一度だけ設定します。以下の写真はすべて同じ人物で、変わるのは設定、服装、照明だけです。それぞれの見た目は、説明文を再利用するのではなく、キャラクターのベース画像から生成されます。

このプロンプトの構成に注目してください。ビートで構成された流れ（視線を落とす → 視線を戻す → 笑みが浮かぶ）、話さないことの明示、そして周囲の動きです。進行ではなく状態を指定して「彼女は笑みを浮かべる」とすると、顔が変形します。9つの感情カテゴリにわたる約30種類のリアクションを収録したライブラリは、ugc-director スキルにあります。

画面録画とフックをそのクリップに加えるのは無料なので、最後の工程に費用はかかりません。好きなだけフックを試せます。

仕組み

最初の見た目以降はすべて、キャラクターのベース画像から生成されるため、キャンペーンやグリッド全体で顔が同じ人物のまま保たれます。この一貫性こそが、この製品の要点です。

リポジトリのルートにある manifest.json と icon.png は、Claude Desktop 拡張機能を定義します。ビルドスクリプトは dist/、package.json、本番環境用の node_modules/ を dist-mcpb/stage/ に配置し、マニフェストを検証してバンドルをパッケージ化します。そのバージョン、名前、ツール一覧は package.json および MCP サーバーと一致している必要があります。テストでその点を確認します。

プライバシーポリシー

この CLI と Claude Desktop 拡張機能が、独自に情報を収集することはありません。 コードには、アナリティクス、テレメトリー、クラッシュレポート機能はありません。

お使いのマシンから送信されるものは、プロンプトとツールの引数、アップロードするファイル（写真、アプリ画面の録画、ドライバーの動画）、API キーです。これらは、リクエストの実行に必要な場合に限り、HTTPS 経由で clipugc.com にのみ送信されます。API キーは ~/.config/clipugc/config.json（CLI）または Claude Desktop の拡張機能設定に保存され、ほかの場所に送信されることはありません。
