ClerkChat について
ClerkChat MCPは、AIアシスタントからClerkChatのカスタマーサポート用ワークスペースを操作できる仕組みです。ホスト型サーバーを通じて、エージェントの設定やトレーニング、顧客対応、自動化、リード、分析を扱います。

MCP 対応
ホスト型のStreamable HTTP MCPサーバーは https://mcp.clerkchat.co/mcp で提供され、OAuth 2.1を使用します。承認されたクライアントは選択したワークスペースにアクセスし、エージェント、情報ソース、チャネル、会話、自動化、リード、分析のツールを利用できます。
設定
リモートサーバーはインストール不要です。クライアントを選んで設定をコピーするか、ワンクリックで導入できます。

ClerkChat は、ビジネスのウェブサイト、ファイル、Google Docs や Sheets、Notion のページ、YouTube 動画をもとに学習し、WhatsApp、Instagram、Messenger、Telegram、ウェブサイトのウィジェット、ホスト型のヘルプページで顧客に回答する AI エージェントです。
この MCP サーバーを使うと、AI アシスタントがユーザーに代わって ClerkChat のワークスペースで作業できます。エージェントの作成とトレーニング、チャネルの接続、顧客との会話の閲覧と返信、自動化とリードの管理、分析データの取得が可能です。
このリポジトリにはドキュメントのみが含まれています。サーバーは ClerkChat がホストしているため、インストールや実行は不要です。

接続すると、ClerkChat へのサインインと、アシスタントがアクセスできるワークスペースの選択を求められます。ClerkChat ダッシュボードの MCP から、ワークスペースへのアクセスを変更したり、クライアントのアクセスをいつでも取り消したりできます。
接続
Claude（claude.ai と Claude Desktop）
- Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector を開きます。
- 名前に
ClerkChatを指定し、https://mcp.clerkchat.co/mcpを入力します。 - 接続して ClerkChat にサインインし、ワークスペースを選択して承認します。
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http clerkchat https://mcp.clerkchat.co/mcp
その後、Claude Code で /mcp を実行してサインインします。
ChatGPT
ChatGPT で、URL https://mcp.clerkchat.co/mcp と OAuth 認証を指定してカスタム MCP コネクター（開発者モード）を追加し、サインインしてワークスペースを承認します。
Cursor
~/.cursor/mcp.json（またはプロジェクト内の .cursor/mcp.json）に追加します。

OAuth に対応したリモート Streamable HTTP サーバーをサポートするクライアントであれば、https://mcp.clerkchat.co/mcp に接続できます。サーバーは /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp でディスカバリーメタデータを公開しています。

権限と安全性
- アシスタントがアクセスできるのは、許可したワークスペースのみです。各ワークスペースで、既存のロールとプランが適用されます。
- 書き込みツールでは冪等性キーを使用するため、リクエストを再試行しても二重に適用されません。
- APIキーやボットトークンなどのシークレットは受け付けますが、ツールの出力として返されることはありません。
- ClerkChatダッシュボードのMCPからクライアントを取り消すか、ワークスペースを削除してください。アクセスは次のツール呼び出し時に停止します。
