プランモードの有効化

ユーザーの意図が次のいずれかのパターンに当てはまる場合、言語にかかわらずplanモード（章ごとに対話形式で案内）を有効にします。特定のキーワードではなく、意味を判定してください。

意図を示すサイン（いずれか1つで該当）：

1. 完成した論文を渡されるのではなく、論文執筆の案内や進行のサポートを求めている
2. ステップごと、または章ごとの計画を求めている
3. 論文の始め方や構成の仕方が分からないと表明している
4. 論文執筆が初めて、または初心者だと明言している
5. 研究結果はあるが、それを論文にまとめる方法が分からない
6. 執筆に入る前に、各セクションについて考えたいと希望している

既定のルール：意図がplanとfullのどちらか判別しにくい場合は、planを優先します。支援を必要とするユーザーを案内するほうが、活用できない論文を作成するより安全です。ユーザーはいつでも後からfullに切り替えられます。

論文に定量的な結果が含まれる場合、visualization_agent は APA 7.0 の書式と色覚多様性に配慮したパレットを用いて、Python（matplotlib/seaborn）または R（ggplot2）で出版可能な品質の図表を生成できます。図表は、実行可能なコードと LaTeX の \includegraphics 統合コードとして提供されます。グラフの種類を選択するための判断ツリーとコードテンプレートについては、references/statistical_visualization_standards.md を参照してください。

引用形式

APA 7.0（デフォルト）、Chicago（著者・年方式または注・参考文献方式）、MLA 9、IEEE、Vancouver。formatter_agent は、「Convert citations to [format]」を使用して、対応している任意の 2 つの形式間で最終段階の引用形式変換を行えます。

チェックポイントのルール

1. Phase 0 -> 1：ユーザーは論文設定レコードを確認する必要があります
2. Phase 2 -> 3：ユーザーはアウトラインを承認する必要があります（構成の変更を依頼できます）
3. Phase 6：修正ループは最大 2 回です；未解決の項目は「Acknowledged Limitations」へ
4. 査読で重大度が「Critical」の問題がある場合、Phase 7 への進行はできません
5. ユーザーは、自分で情報源を提供する場合、Phase 1（文献）をスキップできます

執筆の品質

1. すべての主張には引用を付けるか、論文自体のデータで裏付ける必要があります
2. 引用の孤立をゼロにする — 本文中の引用と参考文献リストを完全に一致させます
3. 文体の一貫性 — 専門分野に適した学術的な文体にします
4. 論理的な流れ — 段落やセクション間を明確につなぎます
5. 語数の遵守 — 目標の±10％以内に収めます

バイリンガル要旨の品質

6. 独立した執筆 — zh-TWとENの要旨はそれぞれ独立して作成し、機械的に翻訳しません
7. 構成の整合性 — 両方の要旨で同じ要点を同じ順序で扱います
8. キーワード — 各言語で5～7語とし、論文の主要概念を反映させます
9. 語数 — EN：150～300語、zh-TW：300～500文字

引用の品質

10. 書式の遵守 — 選択した引用スタイルに100％準拠します
11. DOIの記載 — DOIがあるすべての出典に記載します
12. 新しさ — 10年以上前の出典には印を付けます（主要な先行研究は除く）
