スコアリングとランキング

各検索結果を次の基準で採点します：

• snippet_has_health_signals（次の語句を含む：clinic、practice、dental、medical、healthcare、patients、MD、DDS）→ 重み 0.50
• valid_domain（.gov、.edu、.wikipedia、.yelp 以外）→ 重み 0.30
• position_score → 1 - (順位 / 合計数)、重み 0.20

score = 0.50 * int(health_signals) + 0.30 * int(valid_domain) + 0.20 * position_score

エッジケース

• ディレクトリサイト：Healthgrades、Zocdoc、WebMD の掲載情報は医療機関ではありません。ドメインを確認して除外してください。
• 病院グループ：大規模な病院ネットワークには連絡を取りにくいため、独立した医療機関に注目してください。
• 連絡先情報がない：SERP から返されるのは URL とスニペットのみで、電話番号やメールアドレスはありません。候補リストの作成に利用してください。
• 医療機関の重複：同じクリニックが複数の検索語で表示される場合があります。ドメインを基準に重複を除外してください。
• 専門分野による絞り込み：検索語に専門分野を追加します：「orthopedic clinic Denver」、「dermatology practice Miami」。
