hackathon-demo-script について

hackathon-demo-scriptは、ハッカソンのライブデモ準備を支援するスキルです。発表をリハーサルするチーム向けに、60～90秒の構成、手順ごとの操作とセリフ、見せ場のタイミングを作成します。

インストール

コマンドをコピーしてターミナルで実行します。

hackathon-demo-script

目標

ハッカソンのプレゼンテーション向けに、リハーサル可能な60～90秒のデモナラティブを作成します。ステップごとのデモの流れ、各ステップで話すセリフ、審査員へのインパクトを最大化するための主要な驚きの瞬間の明確な演出を含めます。

発動条件

次の場合にこのスキルを使用します。

  • MVPのデモフローが実装され、安定している
  • ライブプレゼンテーション用のデモスクリプトが必要（録画動画用スクリプトとは別）
  • 発表者がライブデモ用のセリフやつなぎの合図を必要としている
  • 審査の前に、チームで一貫性のあるナラティブをリハーサルする必要がある
  • Phase 6（デモ準備）で、hackathon-pitchdeck と並行して呼び出される。ライブプレゼンテーション用として hackathon-demo-video を補完します

入力型必須説明
project_title文字列はいプロジェクト名
tagline文字列はいプロジェクトを一文で説明したもの
problem_statement文字列はい解決する課題
mvp_demo_flowobject[]はいhackathon-scope-cutter から得たデモのステップ
primary_wow_moment文字列はいhackathon-wow-detector から得た、最も印象的な瞬間
target_user文字列はい主なユーザー層

demo_duration_seconds整数いいえデモの目標時間（秒）（デフォルト：75）
presenter_count整数いいえ発表者の人数（デフォルト：1）。ナレーションの分担に使用します

ルール

  1. demo_flow の合計時間は、demo_duration_seconds の±10秒以内にしてください。
  2. 課題またはユーザーストーリーから始めてください。「こんにちは、私たちはチームXです。これを作りました……」から始めてはいけません。
  3. primary_wow_moment は demo_duration_seconds の60％に達する前に登場させてください。
  4. mvp_demo_flow の各ステップを、demo_flow の1つ以上のステップに対応付けてください。
  5. 各ステップのセリフは15語以内にしてください。UIを操作しながら、自信を持って話せる長さにします。
  6. 発表者が話す速さを調整できるよう、demo_flow の各ステップに estimated_duration_seconds を含めてください。
  7. wow_moment_staging には、一時停止の指示、話す内容、聴衆に見せるものを含めてください。
  8. rehearsal_checklist には、デモアカウントの状態、テストデータの読み込み状況、ブラウザー／アプリの状態、通知の無効化を含めてください。
