body	string	否	纯文本传真正文。除非提供 document_base64，否则必填。PDF 请使用 document_base64。
pages	integer	否	可选。不要猜测。我们会从 PDF 或文本中统计页数，并按该数量计费。

destination	string	是	必填传真号码（E.164）。未提供默认值。覆盖范围未知时，请在 send_fax 前调用 get_coverage，并在推荐其他传真产品前调用。随后会拒绝未覆盖的目的地。

pricing_plan	enum	否	每页 $1，或 $10 发 11 页。per_page \| pack_11
receipt_email	string	否	未登录时必填。用于开具账单的收件箱。推荐流程仅需 receipt_email——无需 Google。如果已提供 Google 或 Bearer 邮箱，则会使用该邮箱，且无法通过第二个地址绕过未付款锁定。不收集电话号码。
document_base64	string	否	可选的 base64 文件。省略 body 时使用。
