参数	类型	必填	说明
projectId	string	否	项目范围告警的可选项目 ID。提供 chartId 时无需填写。
chartId	string	否	可选的图表 ID，用于将告警范围限定为一个图表，而非整个项目。
limit	integer	否	要返回的最大告警数。默认为 20。
includeUnseen	boolean	否	如果为 true，则仅返回当前用户尚未标记为已读的告警。
rationale	string	否	简要说明调用此工具的原因，以及预期从结果中了解的信息。
