action.target	string	否	涉及的对象：收件人邮箱、域名、文件、代码仓库。
action.summary	string	是	将要发生的事情，用一个简单句子说明，例如 "Buy a $3.99 domain renewal for example.com"。
action.amount_usd	number	否	涉及的金额（如有）。
action.reversible	boolean	否	是否可以轻松撤销？
