参数	类型	必填	说明
mode	enum	否	shadow = 仅监控：跟踪支出并标记上限本来会阻止运行的位置，但绝不阻止（免费）。enforce = 达到上限时返回 allowed=false（Pro）。默认值：Pro 使用 enforce，免费版使用 shadow。shadow \| enforce
label	string	否	说明本次运行的用途，例如 "nightly code cleanup"。
max_usd	number	否	整次运行的美元金额上限（按你对每次调用的估算）。
max_calls	integer	否	整次运行的模型/工具调用次数上限。
ttl_hours	integer	否	句柄有效期（免费版最长 24 小时，Pro 最长 168 小时）。默认 24 小时。
max_tokens	integer	否	整次运行的令牌数上限（输入 + 输出）。
max_seconds	integer	否	从现在起计算的墙钟时间上限（秒）。
