has_uk_branch	boolean	否	如果公司在英国设有机构，则为 True。
established_in	string	是	公司设立所在国家/地区，填写名称或 ISO 代码（例如 United States、US、China）。
public_authority	boolean	否	如果该组织是公共机构或公共实体，则为 True。
data_requests_per_year	integer	否	每年预期的数据主体请求数（访问、删除……），未知时填 0
sells_consumer_products_eu	boolean	否	如果在欧盟市场投放实体消费品（通过自营商店或 Amazon、Etsy、eBay 等平台），则为 True
sells_consumer_products_uk	boolean	否	如果在英国市场投放实体消费品，则为 True
health_or_special_category_data	boolean	否	如果大规模处理健康数据或其他特殊类别数据（第 9 条），或刑事犯罪数据，则为 True
occasional_low_risk_processing_only	boolean	否	如果仅偶尔以低风险处理欧盟／英国人员的个人数据，且不涉及特殊类别（第 27(2) 条豁免），则为 True
has_eu_importer_or_manufacturer_in_eu	boolean	否	如果欧盟境内的制造商、进口商或授权代表已负责相关产品，则为 True
