发现功能开放 — initialize、tools/list、ping 和 discover_capabilities 无需 API 密钥即可使用。商务工具（create_binding_quote、purchase_service、track_order_telemetry、query_trust_and_sla）需要 X-API-Key。你可以不使用密钥连接并查看可用功能；准备好进行交易时再添加密钥。
