Stdio 代理。它会将 JSON-RPC 转发到 https://app.selltostate.com/api/mcp。它不会维护工具目录，也不会连接数据库。

设置 STS_API_KEY。如果缺少密钥，tools/call 会在发起网络调用前失败。
