配置 Goose

运行 goose configure，设置 Goose 与大模型的连接。

Ollama 的输出示例（由于 Docker 网络配置，请使用 host.docker.internal，而不是 localhost）

Devcontainer 通过 postCreateCommand 安装 Goose。

Goose 需要 libdbus，Devcontainer 也会安装该库。

通过 https://github.com/settings/personal-access-tokens/ 添加 GitHub 个人访问令牌。
