query	string	是	搜索词（例如 'watershed restoration'、'SBIR Phase I'、'cancer research'）
state	string	否	美国州缩写筛选条件（例如 'CA'、'NY'）
source	enum	否	资助来源类型筛选条件federal \| state \| international \| foundation
funder	string	否	资助方名称筛选条件（部分匹配）
org_type	string	否	强烈建议 — 申请方的组织类型。若不提供，结果将无法按资格筛选，可能包含申请方依法不具备资格的资助项目（例如面向非营利组织的 SBIR/STTR，或仅限 501(c)(3) 组织的企业资助）。只要申请方身份已知或可从对话中推断，就应传入此参数。可选值之一：'Nonprofit'、'University'、'Small Business'、'Individual'、'Community Group'、'HBCU'、'Tribal'、'FFRDC'、'Government'。也接受 '501(c)(3)' 或 'for-profit' 等原始值，并会进行规范化。
include_historical	boolean	否	在结果中包含已过期/已关闭的资助项目（默认：false）。适用于历史研究。
limit	integer	否	返回的最大结果数（默认 15）
