连接

• Claude（claude.ai、Desktop）：打开 Customize → Connectors，点击 + Add → Add custom connector，然后粘贴 https://healthie.usefulapi.io/mcp。
• Claude Code： claude mcp add --transport http healthie https://healthie.usefulapi.io/mcp，然后运行 /mcp 登录。
• VS Code： 添加到 VS Code。
• Cursor 和其他客户端： 将该 URL 添加为远程 MCP 服务：

只添加 URL。不要在客户端配置中添加 Authorization 标头或 API 密钥：服务会通过 OAuth 为你登录，登录页面会要求你提供 Healthie 凭据。

首次连接时，你需要粘贴 Healthie API 密钥。系统会验证密钥，按用户分别存储，并将其限定为仅供你使用。
