让任何兼容 MCP 的 AI Agent（Claude、Cursor、Kilo Code 等）即时访问澳大利亚商业登记册（ABR），并获取 AI 驱动的商业智能。按名称或 ABN 搜索 800 多万个已注册的澳大利亚实体、获取完整档案、查询 GST 状态，还能获取针对任何企业的 AI 生成机会评估。

abn_lookup	查询任意 ABN → 实体名称、类型、GST 状态、所在地
acn_lookup	按 ACN（澳大利亚公司编号）查询公司
search_business	按名称搜索实体（可选州筛选）
check_gst_status	查询某个 ABN 当前是否已注册 GST
get_entity_details	以结构化 JSON 格式获取完整实体档案
research_prospect	AI 驱动——完整的情报档案和机会评估（高／中／低评分、信号，以及针对该企业类型的具体 AI 方案）

快速开始

前提条件

• Node.js 18+
• 免费的 ABR API GUID——在 abr.business.gov.au/Tools/WebServices 注册
• Anthropic API 密钥（仅供 research_prospect 工具使用；其他工具无需此密钥）

安装

配置

创建 .env 文件：
