这是 DPYC Prime 旗下的同级 Authority，为北美运营方提供服务。运营方可以选择此 Authority，以便将认证延迟和审计轨迹保留在本区域。

本项目中的隐喻，致敬 Norton Juster 创作、Jules Feiffer 插画的《The Phantom Tollbooth》（1961）。我们只是搭建了支付基础设施。

架构

本仓库是对 tollbooth-dpyc wheel 中 tollbooth.authority 扩展（wheel ≥ 0.22.1）的轻量封装。整个可部署部分都位于 src/tollbooth_authority/server.py（约 90 行）：一个 FastMCP 实例、一个 OperatorRuntime，以及两个 register_*_tools(mcp, runtime) 调用。入驻状态机、Schnorr 签名器、重放追踪器、Neon 租户配置，以及 16 个 Authority @tool 定义均驻留在 wheel 中，并由生态系统内的其他所有 Authority MCP 共享。

有关协议语义、证书格式（Schnorr/NIP-33 kind 30079）、费用级联、注册表强制执行以及工具目录，请参阅规范的 tollbooth-authority README——本仓库的行为完全相同，仅身份、区域和 Neon 租户不同。

部署

Horizon 需要两个密钥：
