参数	类型	必填	说明
answers	array	是	`{questionId, answer}` 对象数组。`finalize` 为 true 时可以为空。
finalize	boolean	否	如果为 true，则提交回答并将状态切换为 submitted。此操作不可撤销——请先与创始人确认。
applicationId	string	是	来自 `create_application` 的申请 ID。
