任何支持通过 Streamable HTTP 使用 MCP 的客户端都可以使用。对于支持浏览器登录流程的客户端，请使用 OAuth 端点；对于无头客户端和命令行客户端，请使用 bearer 端点，并添加 Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN 标头。

身份验证和套餐

• API 令牌具有各自的权限；写入工具要求令牌具备相应的创建、更新或删除权限，拒绝操作时会指出缺少的权限。
• **套餐：**所有套餐均可使用每种工具，包括 Free 套餐（无需绑定银行卡），但受套餐的监控项数量限制。写入工具（创建、更新、删除、暂停）要求账户已验证电子邮件地址，并共享每个团队每小时的变更额度（Free 套餐为 30 次，付费套餐为 300 次）。按需使用 check-url-tool 需要付费套餐。请参阅定价。
• 所有访问权限均限定于经过身份验证的用户当前所在团队。删除操作不可撤销。
