Superpowers.social — X/Twitter 和 Reddit 的 MCP 服务

工具

全部 10 个工具均为只读且幂等。其中 8 个会将上游响应裁剪为下方列出的字段；当裁剪节省的数据量足以值得报告时，还会附加一行统计信息，说明删去了多少内容。twitter-news 和 reddit-get-user-comments 例外：它们会原样返回收到的上游对象，因此下方的字段列表不适用于它们，也不会输出统计信息。

X/Twitter（5 个）

对于 twitter-search、twitter-read、twitter-thread 和 twitter-user-tweets，推文字段包括：id、text、createdAt、author、authorName、url，以及 X 返回时提供的 replyCount / retweetCount / likeCount。引用的推文嵌套在 quotedTweet 下。text_only 会将每条推文精简为 {id, text}。twitter-news 返回的是新闻条目而非推文；除了从 category 中移除分类前缀外，其字段均原样传递。

帖子字段包括：id、title、author、subreddit、createdUtc、url，以及帖子正文（如有）。列表工具——reddit-search、 reddit-get-posts、reddit-get-user-posts——会将正文截断为 500 个字符的 selftext_preview；reddit-get-post 则会返回完整的 selftext，并将评论作为 id、author、body 返回；如果来源提供了 depth，也会一并返回。text_only 会将每个帖子精简为 {id, title}。这些工具都不包含 Reddit 评分或评论数——来源未提供这些信息。 reddit-get-user-comments 不会筛选字段——其评论对象会按来源返回的内容原样传递。

设置

每次调用都需要进行身份验证——未经身份验证的 initialize 请求会返回 401。

Claude Code（已于 2026-09-16 验证）

在 Claude Code 打开浏览器提示时，使用 Google 或 GitHub 登录。这就是全部设置步骤，之后这十个工具便可在会话中使用。

其他 MCP 客户端

任何支持 Streamable HTTP 的客户端都可以连接到 https://superpowers.social/mcp，并通过以下任一方式进行身份验证：

• 使用客户端自身的 MCP OAuth 登录流程，前提是客户端支持该流程——显示相同的 Google 或 GitHub 提示，无需提前进行任何设置；或
• 使用 API 密钥，适用于不支持 MCP OAuth 的客户端：在 https://superpowers.social/account 创建密钥，并通过 Authorization: Bearer sk_live_… 或 x-api-key 发送。

通用的 Streamable HTTP + API 密钥配置格式（请根据客户端自身的配置格式进行调整）：
