参数	类型	必填	说明
q	string	否	必须出现在职位名称、雇主或地点中的自由文本词语，例如雇主名称。
near	string	否	求职者希望工作的地点："City, ST"、5 位 ZIP 邮编或 "lat,lng"。结果按距离排序。
role	string	否	职位 slug 或常用名称；多个值以逗号分隔：rn、lpn、cna、nurse_practitioner、crna、physical_therapist、respiratory_therapist、medical_assistant、…（参见 list_filters）。
sort	enum	否	best（默认）：列出薪酬加 2 分；发布后每周减 1 分；每 10 英里减 1 分。也可选择 newest、pay、distance（设置 near 时的默认值）。付费推广不会影响排序。best \| newest \| pay \| distance
limit	number	否	每页结果数，默认 10，最多 50。
shift	string	否	白班、夜班、晚班、轮班、周末。
state	string	否	两字母的美国州代码，例如 CO。全州范围搜索时使用此项代替 near。
offset	number	否	分页偏移量；使用上一个响应中的 next_offset。
remote	boolean	否	仅限远程／远程医疗职位。
has_pay	boolean	否	仅限列出薪酬的职位。
setting	string	否	护理场景：hospital、clinic、skilled_nursing、home_health、hospice、dialysis_center、telehealth、urgent_care、school、correctional、ambulatory_surgery。
new_grad	boolean	否	仅限接受应届毕业生的职位（住院医师项目、“欢迎应届毕业生”、无需经验）。
specialty	string	否	科室或专科，逗号分隔：icu、emergency、labor_delivery、nicu、med_surg、telemetry、operating_room、oncology、psych、pediatrics、home_health、hospice、dialysis、……ER、L&D、tele、peds 等常用词也可使用。
min_annual	number	否	最低年薪（美元）。
min_hourly	number	否	最低时薪（美元）；匹配所列薪资范围达到此金额的职位。隐含 has_pay。
posted_after	string	否	仅限雇主在此 ISO 日期/时间当天或之后发布的职位。
radius_miles	number	否	near 周围的搜索半径，默认值为 30，最大值为 200。
compact_license	boolean	否	仅限提及接受 compact（多州）护理执照的职位。
employment_type	string	否	full_time、part_time、prn（按需排班）、contract、travel、temporary、internship。
first_seen_after	string	否	仅限在此 ISO 时间当天或之后首次出现在 ScrubShifts 上的职位。定期检查时，传入上一次响应中的 data_as_of，即可仅获取新职位。
posted_within_days	number	否	仅限最近 N 天内发布的职位。
max_years_experience	number	否	该人员的工作年限；排除注明最低年限要求更高的职位。
