CLI 会将自然前缀转换为结构化字段。250g Mehl 会变成文本 Mehl，数量为 1，单位为 250g。3x Milch 和 3 Bananen 的数量均为 3。2 Flaschen Wein 的单位为 2 Flaschen。使用 , 或 ; 分隔项目。--quantity 接受 1 到 99 的整数，且只有在添加单个项目时，--quantity 和 --unit 才有效。

像 3 Bananen 这样的自然语言字符串会转换为数量 3，单位为 null。如需精确调用，add_items 也接受结构化输入，例如 [{"text":"Mehl","quantity":2,"unit":"500g"}]。重量是一种单位：250g 表示数量为 1、单位为 250g，绝不会表示数量为 250。
