步骤 4：生成大纲

保存 outline.md，包含 frontmatter（type、density、style、image_count）和以下条目：

步骤 5：生成图像

⛔ 阻塞：生成任何图像之前，必须先保存提示词文件。

1. 根据 references/prompt-construction.md 为每幅插图创建提示词文件
2. 使用 YAML frontmatter 保存到 prompts/NN-{type}-{slug}.md
3. 提示词必须使用特定类型的模板，并包含结构化部分（ZONES / LABELS / COLORS / STYLE / ASPECT）
4. LABELS 必须包含文章专属数据：实际数字、术语、指标、引文
5. 不要在未先保存提示词文件的情况下，将临时内联提示词传给 --prompt
6. 选择生成技能，处理参考资料（direct/style/palette）
7. 如果 EXTEND.md 已启用水印，则应用水印
8. 根据已保存的提示词文件生成图像；失败时重试一次

步骤 6：完成

在段落后插入 ![description](path/NN-{type}-{slug}.png)。

Slug：2-4 个词，使用 kebab-case。冲突：追加 -YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS。
