知识构建的 20 条规则（摘要）

1. 理解后再记忆 - 切勿为自己不理解的内容制作闪卡
2. 信息精简 - 每张卡片只聚焦于一个事实
3. 使用填空删除 - 对许多概念而言，这比问答更有效
4. 避免成组列举 - 将列表拆分成单独的卡片，或使用助记法
5. 使用图像 - 视觉记忆很强大
