  1. 加载 ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/legal-clinic/CLAUDE.md → 监督风格、通俗语言标准、司法管辖区。
  2. 使用以下工作流。阅读案件记录。
  3. 为指定受众生成内容：
    • client — 使用通俗语言，说明发生了什么／接下来会怎样／你需要做什么／如何联系我们
    • internal — 程序进展、上次沟通以来完成的工作、接下来的安排、需要教授意见的事项、学生的评估
    • court — 按当地规则，以标题格式撰写正式进展报告
  4. 根据受众进行监督路由（面向客户和可提交给法院的内容通常需要标记）。

状态：面向不同受众的案件摘要

目的

法律诊所需要生成大量进展更新，发给客户、教授、共同代理律师和法院。同一案件、相同事实，文档却截然不同。这项技能会根据案件记录，为不同读者生成合适的摘要。

受众模式

面向客户

读者： 客户。可能正承受压力，也可能不熟悉法律程序。阅读水平应遵循 ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/legal-clinic/CLAUDE.md 中的通俗语言标准（默认相当于小学六年级）。

包括：

  • 客户上次收到诊所消息后发生的情况
  • 接下来会发生什么，以及时间安排
  • 客户需要做的事（如有）
  • 如何联系诊所

不要包括：

  • 法律分析（客户不需要了解 IRAC）
  • 案件中的弱点（除非到了需要讨论的时候——而这应由教授决定，不属于进展更新）
  • 术语

监督路由

根据 ~/.claude/plugins/config/claude-for-legal/legal-clinic/CLAUDE.md：

  • 面向客户 → 通常触发标记（客户沟通）
  • 内部 → 不标记（内容本来就是发给教授的）
  • 可提交给法院 → 若启用了正式队列，则始终标记（法院文件）

此技能不做什么

  • 决定要告诉客户什么。 尤其是坏消息或案件的弱点——这应由学生和教授沟通，然后由学生与客户沟通。状态更新就是状态，不是策略建议。
  • 向法院提交任何材料。 起草文书；由教授审核；按照诊所的流程提交。
  • 替代学生在内部状态中的评估。 “学生的评估”部分是学生的想法——草稿可以为其搭建框架，但不能代写。

以决策树结束，列出后续步骤

按照 CLAUDE.md ## Outputs 的要求，以后续步骤决策树结束。根据此技能刚刚生成的内容定制选项——五个默认分支（起草 X、上报、补充事实、观望、其他事项）只是起点，并非固定选项。决策树就是输出；由律师作出选择。
