## Key points
Bulleted. Each point = one idea, with [timestamp] or [p.N] so the
reader can jump to it. Preserve the content's own structure (if it
promises "14 ways", list all 14 — compressed, not truncated).
## Notable quotes
1–3 verbatim quotes that carry the content's voice, with locations.
## Worth your time?
One honest sentence per audience: who gains from the full version,
who is fine with this summary.
规则
- 总结内容所说的内容，而不是你对它的看法（那是
bullshit-detector技能的工作——如果内容听起来像是在炒作，请提及，但不要在这里执行它的工作）。 - 数字、名称和说法必须原样来自内容——不要四舍五入，也不要“改进”。
- 如果内容采用清单形式，摘要必须包含完整清单。绝不要写“……还有 9 种方法”。
- 根据来源内容调整长度：一条推文写 3 行，3 小时的播客写满一页。
