When connecting REA for the first time, use a small project of your own to verify both MCP tool calls and analysis results: enter the actual launch command and absolute paths in the server configuration, then check the tool list after connecting; next, use a Base64 example to verify whitespace handling, padding removal, and the IndexError triggered by missing arguments, rather than assuming that “connected” means the analysis succeeded.
