MCP Dependencies Installer について

MCP Dependencies Installerは、MCPサーバーで使うNode.js、npx、uvを導入するクロスプラットフォームスクリプトです。Linux、macOS、Windowsに対応しています。

前提条件

Linux
  • システムに curl と sudo がインストールされていること
  • Ubuntu/Debian の場合：apt-get パッケージマネージャー
  • AlmaLinux/CentOS の場合：dnf または yum パッケージマネージャー
  • Alpine の場合：apk パッケージマネージャー
macOS
  • システムに curl がインストールされていること
  • Homebrew（インストールされていない場合は自動的にインストールされます）
Windows
  • Windows Package Manager（winget）がインストールされていること
  • スクリプトの実行に使用する Git Bash、WSL、または PowerShell

インストールされるもの

スクリプトは以下の依存関係をインストールします。

  1. Node.js（v22.x LTS）
  2. npx（v10.x）
  3. uv（v0.6.x）

テスト

さまざまな環境でインストールスクリプトをテストするには、次を実行します。

# Make the test script executable
chmod +x test_dependencies.sh

# Run the tests
./test_dependencies.sh

Docker コンテナーで以下の環境を再現し、インストールスクリプトをテストします。

  • Ubuntu
  • AlmaLinux（CentOS）
  • Alpine Linux
  • macOS
  • Windows

注意事項

  • Linux システムでは、スクリプトの実行に sudo 権限が必要です
  • インストール後、PATH の変更を反映するためにターミナルの再起動が必要な場合があります
  • Linux および macOS では、スクリプトがローカルの bin ディレクトリを PATH に自動的に追加します
  • Windows では、スクリプトを実行する前に Windows Package Manager（winget）がインストールされていることを確認してください
