hackathon-demo-video について

MVPのデモ手順が安定したハッカソンチーム向けに、時間制限のある紹介動画を計画するスキルです。プロジェクト情報と見せ場を基に、時間指定の台本、ショットリスト、録画準備案を作成します。

目標

厳しい時間制限の中でプロジェクトの核となる価値を紹介する、ハッカソンのデモ動画用の構成されたスクリプトとショットリストを作成します。

使用条件

次の場合に、このスキルを使用します。

  • MVP のデモフローが実装され、安定している
  • 提出用、またはライブデモの代替用にデモ動画を録画する必要がある
  • 動画内での見せ場のタイミングと配置を最適化する必要がある
  • 録画を始める前に、録画環境を確認し、設定を固定する必要がある
  • フェーズ 6 で呼び出された場合。コードをフリーズした後、hackathon-pitchdeck と並行して実行します

tagline文字列はい1 文での説明
mvp_demo_flowobject[]はいhackathon-scope-cutter によるデモの手順
wow_factor文字列はい最も印象的な瞬間
video_duration_secondsintegerはい目標とする動画の長さ（秒）
demo_environment文字列いいえデモの実行環境（例：ウェブブラウザー、モバイル、CLI）

ルール

  1. 最初の 5 秒で、問題または興味を引く要素を示します。自己紹介は入れません。
  2. wow_factor は video_duration_seconds の 60％に達する前に登場させます。
  3. mvp_demo_flow のすべての手順を、少なくとも 1 つのショットに対応させます。
  4. ナレーションの各文は 15 語未満にします。
  5. 動画時間の最後の 10％を、まとめと行動喚起に充てます。
  6. recording_checklist には、少なくとも通知をオフにすること、テストデータの準備、画面解像度の設定を含めます。
  7. fallback_plan では、静止画スライドまたは事前録画した映像を使用します。「この部分はスキップします」は不可です。
