uninstall-watchdog について

uninstall-watchdog は、egregore watchdog デーモンを削除するスキルです。セッションの自動再起動が不要になったプロジェクト管理者向けに、macOS または Linux でのサービス削除、関連ファイルの整理、削除確認を案内します。

コマンドをコピーしてターミナルで実行します。

Watchdog のアンインストール

概要

egregore watchdog デーモンを削除し、install-watchdog スキルで 作成されたすべてのファイルをクリーンアップします。 アンインストール後、egregore セッションは 自動的に再起動されなくなります。

使用する場合

  • 自動再起動が不要になった場合。
  • プロジェクトから egregore プラグインを削除する前。
  • デーモンモードから手動実行に切り替える場合。

使用しない場合

  • watchdog がインストールされていない場合（まず下記の 検証コマンドで確認してください）。

アンインストール手順

1. オペレーティングシステムを検出する
OS=$(uname -s)
2. サービスを停止して削除する

macOS（launchd）：

PLIST=~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.egregore.watchdog.plist

# Unload the agent (stops it if running)
launchctl unload "$PLIST" 2>/dev/null

# Remove the plist file
rm -f "$PLIST"

Linux（systemd）：

# Stop and disable the timer and service
systemctl --user stop egregore-watchdog.timer 2>/dev/null
systemctl --user disable egregore-watchdog.timer 2>/dev/null

# Remove unit files
rm -f ~/.config/systemd/user/egregore-watchdog.timer
rm -f ~/.config/systemd/user/egregore-watchdog.service

# Reload systemd to pick up the removal
systemctl --user daemon-reload
3. 関連ファイルをクリーンアップする
# Remove pidfile if present
rm -f ~/.egregore/watchdog.pid

# Remove watchdog log
rm -f ~/.egregore/watchdog.log
4. 削除を確認する

macOS：

launchctl list | grep egregore
# Should produce no output

Linux：

systemctl --user list-timers | grep egregore
# Should produce no output

watchdog が削除され、自動再起動が無効になったことをユーザーに報告してください。

完了条件

  • macOS の場合：アンインストール完了後に ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.egregore.watchdog.plist が存在しない
  • Linux の場合：~/.config/systemd/user/egregore-watchdog.timer と egregore-watchdog.service の両方が削除され、systemctl --user daemon-reload が実行されている
  • 検証コマンドの出力が空である：launchctl list | grep egregore（macOS）、または systemctl --user list-timers | grep egregore（Linux）
  • ~/.egregore/watchdog.pid と ~/.egregore/watchdog.log が 削除されている（または、作成されていなかった場合は存在しない）
  • watchdog が削除され、自動再起動が無効になったことがユーザーに通知されている
