Explain Outcome 是一种按“发生了什么、意味着什么、接下来做什么”三部分汇报结果的写作技能。它区分事实与明确标注的推测，并说明具体行动或无需行动。

说明结果
按以下顺序分成三部分报告结果。目标只有一个：让人读一遍就明白。
使用 ASD-STE100 简化技术英语。短句比长句更容易阅读。主动语态比被动语态更容易理解。同一个意思用一个词表达，比每次换用同义词更容易理解。浅显的词比术语更容易理解。
格式

事实写在“发生了什么”下面。猜测写在“这意味着什么”下面，并标注“可能”或“尚未确认”。“接下来做什么”写一项行动：“我会……”或“你必须决定……”。如果不需要采取行动，写“无需行动。完成。”如果结果很小且无需决策，则用一句话回复。

用户：“运行测试。”
正确：

**What it means**
The discount is not in the order total. The likely cause is an early return in `applyDiscount` (order.go:41). This is not confirmed. No other test failed.
