用途适用场景
Agent开放式任务（支持、研究）——进行推理、选择工具并保留记忆
Workflow定义好的流程（流水线、审批）——按顺序编排特定步骤

关键约定

  1. 使用 mastra.getAgent('name') / mastra.getWorkflow('name')，而不是直接导入
  2. 始终使用环境变量存储 API 密钥
  3. 必须使用 ES2022 模块（而不是 CommonJS）
  4. 使用 Studio 测试：npm run dev → http://localhost:4111
