当用户希望一次性将 Epic 拆解为其完整的 Feature 集合时，应使用此技能；可在 write-epic 完成后自动调用，或由诸如“create all features for this epic”“walk me through all the features”“let's break down this epic”“plan the features for epic #N”之类的说法触发。将此技能用于批量 Feature 拆解。支持两种规划模式——`guided`（一次一个 Feature，附带提问）和 `flow`（并行起草整套内容，一次合并评审）——可通过参数传入或从 `.wtf/config.json` 读取。若要在隔离状态下创建单个 Feature，请使用 `wtf.write-feature`。
