当新的洞察改变现有 Epic、Feature 或 Trace 的范围、验收标准、场景、领域语言或技术约束时使用——例如 "refine epic #10"、"re-aim feature #24"、"the trace revealed the seam is wrong"、"update this trace with the new requirements"、"we got new feedback on feature #24"、"incorporate these comments into the spec"，或在 Trace 落地后重新调整 Feature 的 Trace Plan。当新的 Figma 设计、文档或 GitHub 评论表明当前规格已过时，也会触发。接受来自 CLI 文本、GitHub 评论、引用的文件或 URL 以及对话上下文的洞察。自动检测问题类型（旧的 Task issue 按旧 Trace 读取），只对发生变化的部分进行智能重新校验，展示逐节的 before/after diff，发布审计追踪评论，对过期的生命周期标签发出警告，并将场景编辑级联到声明这些场景的 Trace。作为 wtf.loop 的 Re-aim 步骤在每个已验证 Trace 之后无头运行。
