当用户希望在新仓库中设置 WTF、确认环境就绪、检查 GitHub CLI 是否已安装并完成认证、安装所需的 gh 扩展，或确认 .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/ 模板已就位时，应使用此 skill——例如 "set up wtf"、"run setup"、"check my environment"、"install wtf templates"、"verify everything is configured"、"initialize wtf"、"onboard to wtf"、"first time setup"、"configure gh for wtf"、"prepare this repo for wtf"、"is wtf ready"、"get wtf running" 或 "a new dev joined, set them up"。在入职时或当有贡献者加入项目时，每个仓库运行一次。
