InsertChat - AI 接待员

InsertChat 官方 Claude 插件。InsertChat 是面向成长型企业的 AI 接待员、AI 电话 Agent 和 AI 聊天机器人。它能根据你的业务知识接听电话、处理网站聊天、WhatsApp、电子邮件和 SMS，收集潜在客户，并将对话转交给团队，在一个共享收件箱中统一管理。

此插件将 Claude 连接到 InsertChat 托管的 MCP 服务，并提供四项引导式技能，让你可以在 Claude 聊天、Cowork 和 Claude Code 中管理前台事务。

Claude 可以做什么

查看待处理事项： 查看所有助手的前台摘要，其中包含紧急、未分配、等待中和需要你处理的对话。
查看电话和聊天： 搜索并阅读 AI 接待员的电话记录和 AI 聊天机器人的对话，然后获取摘要、回电简报和回复草稿，由你自行发送。
查询潜在客户： 查找联系人、阅读他们提交的咨询，并打开相关对话（仅限所有者和管理员）。
跟踪结果： 查看每月的对话、解决情况、联系人、满意度和额度报告（需要分析访问权限）。
训练助手： 检查知识来源和训练状态，了解客户常问的问题，并在你确认助手和 URL 后，将一个网页（常见问题、服务、营业时间）添加为知识。

添加 URL 会导入一个页面，占用一个额度和一个来源名额，且不会抓取整个网站。设置和训练检查不会验证每个渠道，也不能证明电话线路或网站小组件已正常运行。

安装

在 Claude 中：打开 Customize > Plugins，搜索 InsertChat，并在 Anthropic 目录中显示后添加。

在 Claude Code 中，从此仓库执行：

任何 MCP 客户端都可以直接连接到 https://api.insertchat.com/v2/mcp（Streamable HTTP、OAuth）。该服务已发布在官方 MCP Registry 中，名称为 com.insertchat/insertchat。

要求

插件连接的服务及发送的数据

该插件不包含可执行代码。它声明了一个由 MindCrafters LLC 运营的远程 MCP 服务：https://api.insertchat.com/v2/mcp。Claude 会向该服务发送工具请求（助手 ID、搜索查询、筛选条件，以及你要求导入的网址），并接收来自你的 InsertChat 工作区的数据。不会向其他任何地方发送数据。

登录使用 OAuth 2.0 和 PKCE，授权范围仅限于你授权时选择的工作区。插件请求以下权限范围：insertchat:apps:read、insertchat:agents:read、insertchat:sources:read、insertchat:sources:write、insertchat:inbox:read、insertchat:contacts:read 和 insertchat:reports:read。忽略请求的权限范围列表的客户端会收到服务端默认权限范围，其中还包含 insertchat:workspace:open（工作区链接和 InsertChat 显示偏好设置）。

唯一的写入工具是 add_source_url：它会将一个网页导入为知识，并消耗一个额度和一个来源名额。其他工具均为只读。该插件无法删除数据、发送客户消息、拨打电话、预约、更改电话路由、管理凭据或账单，也无法发布助手。回复草稿会保留在 Claude 中，直到你在 InsertChat 中自行发送。
